Renalytix AI Plc (GB:RENX) has released an update.
Renalytix AI Plc has successfully issued the Second Tranche Placing Shares, adding 26,815,841 ordinary shares to its capital, which now stands at 154,368,191 ordinary shares with no shares held in treasury. These newly issued shares are already fully paid and carry equal rights with existing shares, including dividend entitlements. The shares are expected to be admitted to trading on AIM, subject to the SEC’s effective registration within 45 days.
