Renalytix AI Plc has successfully raised an additional $0.5 million in capital through the sale of 1,333,334 Ordinary Shares to DB Capital Partners Healthcare, L.P., a specialty healthcare institutional investor. The newly issued shares are expected to begin trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange around April 25, 2024. Following this transaction, the investor now holds approximately 3.14% of Renalytix’s issued share capital, reflecting the company’s ongoing efforts to expand its financial resources and investor base.
