RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.
RELX PLC has actively been trading its own shares, with the latest transaction involving the purchase of 206,799 ordinary shares at prices ranging from 3220 pence to 3278 pence each. These shares will be added to the company’s treasury stock, bringing the total held to 31,899,173. This move is part of a larger buy-back program, as RELX PLC has acquired 12,186,980 ordinary shares since the start of the year.
