RELX PLC has engaged in a stock buyback, purchasing 153,880 shares through JP Morgan Securities plc, which will be held as treasury shares. The company’s total treasury shares now amount to 31,692,374, reducing the number of ordinary shares in circulation to 1,876,609,320. This recent acquisition is part of a larger buyback initiative, totaling 11,980,181 shares since the start of the year.
