RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.
RELX PLC has actively bought back 198,509 of its own ordinary shares, which will be retained as treasury shares, with a total of 35,981,727 shares now held in treasury. This move is part of a larger buyback initiative, as the company has acquired 16,269,534 ordinary shares since the start of the year. The transactions were executed through UBS AG London Branch, with prices ranging from 3456 to 3526 pence per share.
