RELX plc (GB:REL) has released an update.
RELX PLC has actively engaged in the repurchase of its own shares, acquiring 200,169 ordinary shares through UBS AG London Branch, which will be added to the treasury. This recent transaction increases their treasury shareholding to 35,583,259, while the total number of shares in circulation, excluding those in the treasury, stands at 1,872,802,059. The company has bought back a total of 15,871,066 ordinary shares since the start of the year.
