Reliance Global Group (RELI) has released an update.
Reliance Global Group, Inc. has engaged with EF Hutton LLC in an agreement allowing for the periodic sale of its common stock up to a value of $858,637. This arrangement, which involves an “at-the-market” offering, will continue until all shares are sold or the agreement is terminated. The company will compensate the agent with a 3.5% commission on gross proceeds from each share sale, along with reimbursement for certain expenses, and provide indemnification for specific liabilities.
