Refined Metals Corp. has successfully completed a private placement offering, raising $350,000 through the sale of 1,750,000 units to finance their exploration activities and for corporate purposes. These units, priced at $0.20 each, include a common share and a warrant allowing the purchase of an additional share at $0.25 within 24 months. The company’s ongoing efforts include exploring various mineral properties in North America, such as the lithium-rich Simard Property in Quebec.
