Refined Energy Corp. successfully completed a non-brokered private placement, raising C$200,000 by issuing 2 million units at C$0.10 each, alongside settling C$155,907 of debt through the issuance of units to two company insiders. The funds raised are earmarked for general working capital, and all securities are subject to a four-month statutory hold period. The transactions involved did not require external valuation or minority shareholder approval due to exemption criteria being met.
