Reckitt (GB:RKT) has released an update.
Reckitt Benckiser Group plc has successfully repurchased 212,249 of its ordinary shares at prices ranging from 4,209 to 4,266 pence per share, with the transaction carried out through Morgan Stanley & Co International plc. These shares will now be held in treasury, leaving the total number of voting rights in the company at 705,886,876. The move aligns with the authority given by shareholders during the last Annual General Meeting.
