Reckitt (GB:RKT) has released an update.
Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC has announced the repurchase of 206,303 of its own shares on April 25, 2024, under the authorization from its Annual General Meeting held on May 3, 2023. The shares were bought back from Morgan Stanley & Co International plc and will now be held in treasury, bringing the company’s total treasury holdings to 31,169,666 shares and leaving 705,365,513 ordinary shares in circulation for voting rights.
