Reckitt (GB:RKT) has released an update.
Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC has announced the repurchase of 203,978 of its ordinary shares on April 26, 2024, as part of its buyback program authorized by shareholders. The shares were bought from Morgan Stanley & Co International plc, with prices ranging between 4,382.00 pence and 4,440.00 pence per share. Following the transaction, Reckitt’s treasury now holds over 31 million shares, with the total number of voting rights set at 705,161,535.
