Reckitt (GB:RKT) has released an update.
Reckitt Benckiser Group plc has repurchased 216,796 of its own ordinary shares from Morgan Stanley & Co International plc, which will now be held in treasury. The transaction was part of a share buyback program authorized by shareholders and previously announced. Post-purchase, the company holds over 30 million shares in treasury, with the total voting rights in the company being 706,316,889.
