Reckitt (GB:RKT) has released an update.
Reckitt Benckiser Group PLC reported the buyback of 216,195 of its own shares from Morgan Stanley & Co International plc, which will now be held in treasury. The transaction was part of a repurchase program authorized by shareholders and previously announced, affecting the company’s total number of voting rights which now stands at 706,533,685. This buyback reflects the company’s ongoing capital management strategy.
