REALITES has announced the termination of its exclusive negotiations with TODD INTERESTS regarding the Bauer Stadium, opting not to renew exclusivity after the period ended on September 10. Despite this, the stadium’s development continues on schedule, including an expansion to 9,834 seats, and it remains the home ground for Red Star FC. The company, a mission-driven real estate developer, also reported a 15% increase in turnover for 2023, amounting to €402 million.
