Readboy Education Holding Company Limited has announced the resignation of Mr. Deng Denghui as an executive Director and member of the ESG Committee, effective from 10 October 2024. The Board has appointed Prof. Li Renfa as the new chairman of the ESG Committee, following Ms. Liu Zhilan’s step down from the role, though she remains a committee member. The company expressed appreciation for Mr. Deng’s contributions during his tenure.
