Rare Foods Australia Limited has announced a change in the holdings of their Director, Danielle Lee, who acquired 86,207 Fully Paid Ordinary Shares at a value of $2,586.21, increasing her total holdings to 258,621 shares, in addition to 1,000,000 Class E Options. The transaction occurred on April 17, 2024, and was part of an acceptance of Rights Issue Entitlement, with no changes reported in director’s interests in contracts.
