On January 30, 2024, Evan H. Jenkins was appointed the General Counsel and Secretary of the company, starting February 12, with a prior track record in government service and philanthropy. He will receive a $500,000 annual salary, potential cash bonuses, and long-term incentive compensation, with a special grant compensating for forfeited awards from his previous employer. Jeremy R. Sussman was named Assistant Secretary, and Tyler Adkins was promoted to Senior Vice President of Law and Assistant Secretary. Concurrently, Barkley J. Sturgill, Jr. resigned and will receive a severance payment and continued vesting of equity as per his separation agreement.
