R3D Resources Limited, recently renamed Tartana Minerals Limited, has announced the issue of unquoted equity securities, which were part of transactions previously disclosed in an Appendix 3B. These securities, issued on 17 April 2024, are not intended to be quoted on the ASX. Further issues of securities are expected to complete the transaction outlined in the last update on 27 March 2024.
