Limited, a UK-based AVDC software provider that enhances vehicle detection and classification for tolling systems. CEO Chuck Myers expressed confidence in the strategic and financial benefits of the acquisition, projecting an immediate positive impact on Quarterhill’s cash flow and Adjusted EBITDA. The addition of Red Fox is expected to fortify Quarterhill’s technology offerings in the ITS industry.
