Q2 Holdings (QTWO) just unveiled an update.
R.H. Seale, III, the founder and Executive Chairman of Q2 Holdings, Inc., has decided not to seek re-election to the Board of Directors once his term ends at the upcoming annual stockholders’ meeting on June 11, 2024. There were no disagreements prompting this decision, and to honor his legacy, Seale will be named Chairman Emeritus. The Board will also downsize accordingly to fill the gap left by his departure. Q2 publicly announced these changes, emphasizing that this information is for disclosure purposes and not for regulatory filing obligations.
