Australian Land Pty Ltd and associated entities, led by Mr. Alan Tribe, have seen their voting power in PYC Therapeutics Limited decrease from 36.32% to 32.95% following a dilution caused by a Retail Entitlement Offer. The change in shareholdings occurred on the 15th of April, with the previous notice given at the end of March. The adjustment reflects the company’s issuance of shares which temporarily increased Australian Land’s stake before the offer’s completion.
