Psyence Biomedical (PBM) has released an update to notify the public and investors about a material modification to rights of security holders.
Following the effective completion of the Business Combination on January 25, 2024, NCAC informed Nasdaq to initiate the delisting and deregistration of its ordinary shares, warrants, and units from the Nasdaq exchange. Consequently, Nasdaq ceased trading of these securities on January 26, 2024, prior to market opening. The deregistration is set to be finalized 10 days after the submission of Form 25, which was filed on January 26, 2024. Additionally, NCAC plans to submit a Form 15 to the SEC to conclude the deregistration process.
