Prudential PLC (PUK) has released an update.
Prudential PLC reports significant growth in its 2023 European Embedded Value (EEV) results, with a notable 43% increase in new business profit and a 34% rise in Annual Premium Equivalent (APE). Despite these gains, the operating free surplus generated showed a decrease of 8%. The company’s EEV operating profit also saw a healthy 15% increase, enhancing overall shareholder value.
