Prudential PLC (PUK) has released an update.
Prudential PLC has announced a block listing of 757,800 ordinary shares to facilitate the vesting of discretionary awards under its Long Term Incentive Plan, with shares expected to be admitted to the FCA Official List on April 19, 2024. These new shares will be on equal footing with the current ordinary shares. Prudential PLC, a life and health insurance and asset management provider, is primarily listed on the Hong Kong and London stock exchanges, with additional listings in Singapore and New York.
