Robert V. Vitale has resumed his role as President and Chief Executive Officer of the Company following the end of his medical leave on January 30, 2024. The Board has reappointed him as the principal executive officer. Jeff A. Zadoks, who served as the interim President and CEO, has returned to his position as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. The Company has issued a press release regarding Mr. Vitale’s return.
