Posco (PKX) has released an update.
POSCO Holdings Inc. reported a robust financial performance for the fiscal year 2023, with a year-end dividend per share of KRW 2,500 and a total consolidated net profit of KRW 1,845,850 million. The 56th Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders approved the financial statements and a dividend distribution, as well as the election of directors and amendments to the Articles of Incorporation, including the addition of a CEO Candidate Pool Management Committee.
