Polaris (PII) has issued an update.
During the 2024 Annual Meeting of Polaris Inc., stockholders approved the Polaris Inc. 2024 Omnibus Incentive Plan designed to attract, retain, and reward qualified individuals contributing to the company’s success. The plan allows for various equity and performance-based compensation, including stock options and restricted shares, with a total of 4,325,000 shares available for grants. Performance-based awards will be tied to specific corporate goals, and the Committee overseeing the plan has the authority to make adjustments as needed, with the plan set to expire in ten years. Additionally, stockholders voted on board member elections, executive compensation, and the appointment of an independent accounting firm, with all proposals receiving a majority of the votes.
