POET Technologies Inc. is set to raise CAD$10 million through a non-brokered private placement, offering over 3 million units to support its growth in technology for high-speed data communications and AI markets. Each unit, priced at CAD$3.069, includes a common share and a five-year warrant to purchase additional shares at CAD$4.26. The raised funds will be used for general working capital to bolster the company’s production of optical engine technology for 800G optical modules and advanced data communication systems.
