Plus500 LTD (GB:PLUS) has released an update.
Plus500 Ltd, a notable fintech group, has actively executed its share buyback program by purchasing 26,575 of its ordinary shares, as previously announced in February 2024. The shares were acquired through Liberum Capital Limited with prices ranging from 2,156.00 to 2,170.00 GBp per share, subsequently reducing the total number of shares in issue to 77,701,455. These transactions further consolidate the company’s treasury shares, now totaling 37,186,922, which in turn affects the total voting rights within the company.
