Ana Maria Chadwick, the CFO of Pitney Bowes Inc., has announced her resignation. The company is working with an executive search firm to find a permanent replacement, while Chadwick stays on until April 21, 2024, to aid the transition. John Witek will take over as interim CFO starting March 19, 2024. Witek, with a solid background in finance from his time at IBM and Concentrix, will receive a monthly stipend of $30,000 for his additional responsibilities during this interim period. No conflicts of interest or familial ties affect Witek’s appointment as an officer of the company.
