Austin D. Devaney has shifted from his role as Executive Vice President and Chief Commercial Officer of Piedmont Lithium Inc. to become a Senior Commercial Advisor on a consulting basis. Despite this change, he remains closely tied to the company’s commercial strategy and key business relationships. He has also signed a separation agreement with the company, ensuring he receives his due separation payments and the remainder of his 2023 bonus. Additionally, Devaney’s own firm, Li7Charged LLC, will be under contract to assist with commercial strategy development until at least March 2025, with a monthly consulting fee of $10,000.
