Pharos Energy Plc (GB:PHAR) has released an update.
Pharos Energy Plc has continued its share buyback program, purchasing 81,691 ordinary shares at a uniform price of 23.7 pence per share for cancellation, thereby reducing the number of shares in issue and potentially increasing shareholder value. Following the cancellation, the total number of ordinary shares in issue stands at 429,535,998, with a reduced figure of 420,413,730 shares for shareholders to use as the denominator for notification requirements. This latest transaction is part of an ongoing effort that has seen the company buy back over 22 million shares since July 2022.
