Pharos Energy Plc (GB:PHAR) has released an update.
Pharos Energy Plc has continued its share buyback program by purchasing 48,312 of its own ordinary shares on April 29, 2024, at a uniform price of 23.3200 pence per share, which will be cancelled. This buyback is part of a larger initiative that has been in place since July 2022, resulting in over 22 million shares being bought back at a cost of approximately £5.35 million. After this transaction, Pharos Energy’s issued share capital consists of 429,438,690 shares, with 9,122,268 held in treasury.
