After the transaction, the total number of shares in issue stands at 429,698,165, and shareholders now have an updated denominator of 420,575,897 for shareholding notifications. The company, listed on the London Stock Exchange, has significant interests in Egypt and Vietnam, focusing on oil and gas exploration and production.
