Pharos Energy Plc has actively continued its share buyback program by purchasing 80,476 ordinary shares on April 19, 2024, for cancellation, at a uniform price of 23.4 pence per share. Post-cancellation, the company’s total issued share count stands at 429,617,689, with 420,495,421 shares now being the figure for shareholders’ notifications. This latest transaction is part of an ongoing effort that has seen Pharos acquire over 22 million shares, investing more than £5.3 million since July 2022.
