Pharmaust Limited has announced that Dr. Roger Aston ceased his position as a director of the company on May 9, 2024. Prior to his departure, Dr. Aston held 15,044,815 ordinary fully paid shares and 3,649,904 listed options expiring on October 31, 2026. The notification follows the regulatory guidelines under listing rule 3.19A.3 and section 205G of the Corporations Act.
