Petro Tal Corp (TSE:TAL) has released an update.
PetroTal Corp. has rewarded its employees with 1,323,473 new Common Shares under its performance share unit plan after meeting 2023 key performance indicators. These shares, which were not given to officers, will be admitted for trading on the London Stock Exchange’s AIM. With this addition, PetroTal’s total voting rights in the company have reached 914,427,863 Common Shares.
