Petro Tal Corp (TSE:TAL) has released an update.
PetroTal Corp., a significant player in Peru’s oil production sector, has recently executed a share buyback, purchasing 16,076 of its own common shares on April 18, 2024. Following the buyback, the shares will be cancelled, leaving the company with 915,216,902 common shares in issue and the same number of total voting rights. This move is part of the company’s share buyback program that was publicly announced in May 2023.
