PetroTal Corp. has actively pursued its share buyback program by repurchasing 18,186 common shares, which will be subsequently cancelled, thus reducing the number of shares in issue to 915,156,017 and consolidating voting rights. The transactions were conducted through Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited, with prices ranging from 47.940 to 47.950 pence in the UK and 0.820 CAD in Canada. This move reflects PetroTal’s ongoing commitment to shareholder value and capital management.
