Petro Tal Corp (TSE:TAL) has released an update.
PetroTal Corp. has actively pursued its share buyback program, purchasing a total of 9,075 common shares on April 25, 2024, which will subsequently be cancelled. This move is part of their strategy announced in May 2023 and executed through Stifel Nicolaus Europe Limited. The cancellation of these shares will leave the company with 915,146,942 common shares, thereby adjusting the total voting rights accordingly.
