Perseus Mining Limited (AU:PRU) has released an update.
Perseus Mining Limited has achieved a controlling interest in OreCorp with a 50.15% stake and is now declaring the takeover offer unconditional, inviting remaining shareholders to accept the offer before it closes on April 19, 2024. The company has confirmed that the current offer of A$0.575 per share is final unless a competing proposal emerges and has expedited the payment terms to within 7 business days post-acceptance.
