Perseus Mining Limited is on the brink of fully acquiring OreCorp, having secured a 94.99% stake and moving towards compulsory acquisition of the remaining shares. Shareholders are encouraged to accept the offer before the 19th April deadline to expedite their payment process, as trading of OreCorp shares is expected to be suspended shortly thereafter. The acquisition aligns with the terms previously offered, with the process taking up to six weeks under the Corporations Act guidelines.
