Perseus Mining Limited (AU:PRU) has released an update.
Perseus Mining Limited has announced that Silvercorp Metals Inc has accepted their takeover bid for a significant 15.61% stake in OreCorp Limited, bringing Perseus’s total interest to 74.98%. The offer, which is set to remain open until April 19, 2024, is unconditional and is declared as the best and final unless a competing proposal emerges. OreCorp shareholders are encouraged to accept the offer promptly.
