Perseus Mining Limited has successfully acquired a majority stake in OreCorp Limited, holding 51.03% of shares and has made its takeover offer unconditional and final, urging remaining shareholders to accept promptly. As part of the acquisition, Perseus is set to appoint new executives to the OreCorp Board, ensuring control over its direction. Shareholders who accept the offer will receive expedited payment within 7 business days, as the company looks forward to developing the Nyanzaga Gold Project in Tanzania.
