Dr. Agrawal brings a wealth of experience from his current role as Chief Health Officer at Elevance Health and past leadership positions within the healthcare quality and policy sectors. His financial compensation includes a prorated annual retainer and restricted stock units, supplemented by an indemnification agreement to protect against potential liabilities arising from his directorial duties.
