Penn National Gaming (PENN) has shared an update.
PENN Entertainment, Inc. has expanded their Board of Directors to ten members and welcomed Anuj Dhanda as the new Class I director. Dhanda brings extensive tech and leadership experience from his current role at Albertsons and previous positions at Giant Eagle and PNC Financial Services. His background includes major IT overhauls and contributions to both professional and philanthropic organizations. Dhanda, who has received significant recognition in his field, will be up for election at the forthcoming shareholders’ meeting and will partake in the company’s established compensation plans for non-employee directors.
