Pembina Pipeline Corp. (TSE:PPL) has released an update.
Pembina Pipeline Corporation has successfully acquired Enbridge’s interests in the Alliance, Aux Sable, and NRGreen joint ventures, promising to enhance its business portfolio and further leverage these assets. The $3.1 billion transaction was partly funded by the proceeds from a subscription receipt offering, and with the transaction’s completion, receipt holders will receive Pembina common shares. Pembina also raised its 2024 adjusted EBITDA guidance, anticipating higher earnings from the newly acquired interests and a bullish outlook on its marketing business.
