Pearson plc has announced the initial notification of restricted share grants under their Long-Term Incentive Plan to four top executives, including the Presidents of Higher Education, English Language Learning, Workforce Skills, and Assessment & Qualifications. The transactions, which took place outside a trading venue on May 1, 2024, involved a total of 770,602 shares, although the purchase price was not disclosed. This move indicates Pearson’s commitment to aligning the interests of its leadership with the long-term success of the company.
