Pearson plc has reported the purchase of 398,243 of its own ordinary shares at an average price of 985.37p, with the intent to cancel them. This action is part of an ongoing share buy-back program initiated on 1 March 2024, executed through the London Stock Exchange by Citigroup Global Markets Limited.
